This website, compliance-iq.io, presents ComplianceIQ, a compliance automation product developed and operated by RUCLabs (ruclabs.com). RUCLabs is responsible for the personal data processed through this website.

This notice covers the public website only. Customer data processed inside the ComplianceIQ platform is governed by each customer's contract.

Demo and contact form: your name, work email, company, role, the frameworks you select and your message. With it we also record the language of the page, the campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and the referring page.

Usage analytics: anonymous, aggregated page-view and performance data (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights). These tools do not use cookies and do not identify you.

Bot protection: when you submit the form, an invisible check (Vercel BotID) evaluates technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated traffic. It is used only to protect the form.

We use the form data only to reply to your request and arrange a demo or follow-up conversation. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site fast, and bot protection to keep the form free of spam. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.

We do not sell your data, use it for automated decisions or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Vercel Inc. hosts the website and provides the analytics and bot protection. Resend delivers the form submissions to our team by email. Both act as processors on our behalf under data processing agreements, and may process data outside the European Economic Area under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows from it, and are then deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and does not contain personal data.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Send your request through the contact form on this website and we will answer within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
